The MatrixPassword security technology is designed for CBN, the components of the MatrixPassword are the user name (your email address), the password, the matrix shape and the matrix shape sequence.

Q1 - How do you register an account?
Register an account is for free, your unique account ID is your email address. No personal information is required. Play the following demonstration video to register your user name and MatrixPassword. The system administration checks your email (your ID) that it has been not registered previously. The MatrixPassword is a new technology for your security and privacy, there is no security questions, CAPTCHA or any additional process, if you are interested to have more information visit MatrixPassword Technology. After successful completion, the system automatically sends a confirmation email to your email address, click on the confirmation link; a screen of successful registration is displayed and you are ready to go.

Login to the matrix user menu and select Edit your password option. To reach to The menu; click on the registration buttom on the CBN tool bar, the registration screen is displayed, click on the left bottom button named Mtarix Menu, the matix user menu is displayed.

Q5 - Forgetten password - How do you reset your password?
Login to the matrix user menu and select Reset your password option. Enter your email address, a confirmation email is send to you for your confirmation. Click on the confirmation link, the Edit MatrixPassword screen is displayed and start to enter your new password, your selected shape and the related sequence numbers.

Q1 - How do you verify your phone number?
The system will let you register your phone number under unverified status, to verify your phone number you call this number (902 800 1843) and wait until you hear the complete peep, after the peep you just hang up. Login to your account and click on verify button, the system recognizes your call and verify the call number with the number on your account and a successful verification message is displayed on your screen.
